Block Eary Reservoir

This reservoir was built during the second World War and completed in 1945. It captures water from the Block Eary and Sulby Rivers to provide hydroelectric power. This is a geocache site. The terrain is steep with no disabled access. An Other Waters License is required to fish.

Casey J Fishing Trips
Peel Breakwater, Peel
Fishing trips from Peel harbour and Coastal tours. This well-equipped vessel is for hire for groups of 8 up to 12 persons. All safety equipment is supplied. Rods, reels and tackle are included. There is a toilet, microwave and toaster on board for use and tea, coffee and water is provided.
Clypse Reservoir

The Clypse and the Kerrowdhoo Reservoirs exist side by side with the Groudle River flowing into them. The Clypse is the shallower of the two. The reservoir is stocked and open to seasonal fishing with a licence. Anglers can often be found casting their lines along the dam wall.
Cringle Reservoir and Plantation

On the lower slopes of South Barrule lies the Cringle Reservoir, surrounded by a plantation made up of Spruce, Larch and Pine.
