Traditional Music Weekend

A weekend celebrating the music and talent of the Isle of Man. Musicians bring your instruments to these very informal music sessions around the Island. Everyone is welcome and feel free to join in. Special free workshops and Set Dancing.
The Festival is at various venues around the Island, mostly in pubs including: Brendan O’ Donnell’s, Quids Inn, The Manor, 1886, The Prospect, The Thirsty Pigeon and Rover’s Return.
2024 Schedule
Friday night from 8pm – Welcome session, all visiting musicians will be there – COLUMBA CLUB, Circular Road, Douglas
Saturday workshops in Welbeck Hotel at 11 AM – 12.30 , Tune Workshop, General Session talk, and Set Dancing – You need to pre book all workshops, Call 434078 for details
Saturday Session Trail – 1pm – O DONNELLS, – All day , all night till closing – THE BRIDGE – 1pm – 5pm. HOPS across the road from O Donnells – Singing session commencing at 4pm
Sunday Session in the PROSPECT, 1pm till Late
Monday Survivors Session in QUIDS INN -10.45am to 2 pm
