Molly Quirk’s Glen and Bibaloe Walk

Following the Groudle River, Molly Quirk’s Glen is linked to Groudle Glen, by a boarded walkway at Whitebridge. At the top end of the glen is Little Mill Bridge next to the remains of Wellington Mill. A pretty glen full of bluebells in Spring. The streamside pathway is called Bibaloe and originally led to Bibaloe Farm.

Legend states, that Molly Quirk was rodded and murdered in this Glen, however there is no historical evidence of the event.
