Castletown Rifle Club

In 1923, the Castletown Rifle Club was formed behind the George Hotel, where it stayed until the late 1970’s. The then chairman Mr B. A. Holt, raised the money to build the new range, which was extended in 1985, to form two ranges one at 15 yards and one 25 yard.

Members compete in various competitions throughout the year. Non members over 12, are allowed to use the range, on an add hoc basis.
