Issued by the Government Department of Economic Development. “Taste” Isle of Man is an independently assessed quality assurance scheme, designed to help visitors make an informed choice, about where to eat and drink whilst on the Island. Registered eateries are awarded ‘quality assured’ or ‘highest quality assured’ accolades in recognition of their commitment to quality and service for visitors.
