Formed by Bernard and Shannon De Beer in 2004, the school specialises in Advanced Tactical Combat, with links to the British Combat Association. The focus is on understanding the principles of balance and pressure to disarm opponents.

Teaching involves developing skills through drill, to obtain a series of awards or belts, leading to a black belt. The training encourages commitment, respect, and self-confidence and is available to both adults and children.
