Time Enough at the Food and Drinks Festival
Time Enough always showcases the best the Island has to offer and so are proud sponsors of the Food and Drinks Festival organised by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture. Last year a record number of people attended the weekend.
This year, over fifty exhibitors will present their specialties, including Close Leece Farm, Choccy Piccy, The Dovecote Tearoom and Isle of Man Salt co. together with local independent breweries and distilleries. There is the Manx Loaghtan experience, and the Manx Cookery Theatre includes demonstrations from Nigel Bisset and Graham Hurst. Much of the Island’s rich and varied landscape owes its appearance to the activities of generations of farmers and here they display their produce. For a small Island there is a wealth of variety.
As always this is accompanied by live music and street food from various vendors including Breizhvannin Creperie, Thai Thai and Taste Africa.
This is a great family event and not just for the foodies. Under 16s go free and adult tickets are £5 per day or £8 for the entire weekend. Over 10, 000 people attended this event last year. With a produce marquee, tasting opportunities, caterers, demonstrations, and activities for children there is plenty of choice.
We hope to see you there.
